Our coffee is roasted to order; as with our Mission Statement, we strive to bring you an enjoyable cup of coffee. Our roast days are Monday-Friday and Sunday. Orders received by 4pm PST (Pacific Standard Time) will be processed for the next roast day.
Our shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the package that we ship to you.
Like you, we value our federal holidays, so until we grow big enough to hire additional folks, we will not roast during these extended holiday weekends:

Our primary shipping service is USPS Priority or UPS Ground. Both are “ground” services that generally take 3-5 business days from coast-to-coast.
General Shipping Terms
We ship to all 50 United States. We are able to ship some items to APO/military addresses, but weight restrictions may apply. Should you run into this issue, please contact us and we’ll work it out, together. We want you to experience our coffee and we’ll make sure that happens.
Single order with multiple addresses
Shipping charges will be calculated separately for each shipping address.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Vets’ Brewed is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Tracking Your Order
At the time your order is shipped, we will send a tracking number to the e-mail address that was provided at the point of checkout. You may track the status of your order at any time by clicking on the link you receive. If the tracking information shows your order was delivered and you have not received it, please contact us immediately. We are unable to file a claim or open an investigation after 30 days from the point of shipping.
Inspect each package thoroughly before signing for your delivery. Refuse packages that have visible damage to them. It is critical that you inspect your shipment for any damages after you receive your delivery. Verify that all products ordered are accounted for and are free from damage within 48 hours from the point of delivery.
Errors or Damaged Products
If any shipping damage, fulfillment errors are discovered after receiving your order, please contact as email@example.com within 48 hours. Keep the original box and packaging. You must then notify Vets’ Brewed within 48 hours of the delivery. Vets’ Brewed will then notify the carrier and arrange for an inspection and pickup of damaged merchandise if needed. Vets’ Brewed cannot be held responsible for shipment damage or any damages threreafter. Customer bears all risks associated with merchandise after receipt thereof, including those associated with merchandise returned to Vetsbrewed.com until we receive it back. If we have made an error on your purchase we will arrange for a replacement or arrange for the item to be returned at our expense.
Vets’ Brewed wants you to be 100% satisfied, and we stand behind our orders and service. If we make a mistake we fix it, if there is a problem with the product we work with you to resolve the problem.
You should expect to receive your refund within four-six weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more promptly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return the item from your order.
To return your product, you should follow the return instructions and contact Vets’ Brewed to receive a mailing address. Please note the Return Authorization Number (RAN) on your package so we can identify your return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. However, if the return is due to our negligence, we will forego the shipping costs.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Personal Information we collect
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information.”
We collect Device Information using the following technologies:

How do we use your Personal Information?
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations).

Communicate with you; screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and when in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
